3.1 Photo Usage — Uploaded media, including images containing faces, is used strictly to power AI image and video generation requested by the user.

3.2 Biometric Standard — No facial scanning, geometric feature extraction, or biometric profile retention is performed on uploaded media.

3.3 Ownership — Uploaded assets remain under user control at all times and are never repurposed for advertising tracking or behavioral profiling.

To generate AI video and image outputs, the following are routed to OpenAI as a sub-processor: user prompt text, and uploaded photos or videos submitted for generation.

The application may process device advertising identifiers, including IDFA, IDFV, and Google GAID, for promotional and analytics purposes.

Users may receive service notifications, legal alerts, and promotional announcements related to their use of Kapwally AI.
