Ownership of the application and its underlying technology remains with Evald Vileikis. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or unauthorized copying of the application is strictly prohibited.

The developer reserves the right to adjust features or introduce new fees, with prior notice provided to users.

Operating system modifications, including jailbreaking or rooting, void applicable safety guarantees. Users are responsible for maintaining adequate device battery levels during use.

Kapwally AI requires an active internet connection. Any mobile data or roaming fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the user.

The application integrates third-party services and AI sub-processors, including OpenAI. The operator accepts zero liability for losses arising from AI-generated outputs.

By using the application, the user agrees to automated AI processing of submitted prompts and uploaded assets, in compliance with applicable law.

Application updates may be mandatory for continued use. Access to the service may be terminated at any time, without prior notice.
